How I Got Here
I have been in professional cookery since 2003, training and working in South Africa covering all aspects of the trade.
I relocated to the United Kingdom in 2008 and continued in my culinary journey. I have worked in many areas including,
Fine Dining Restaurants, Hotels and Pubs, covering a wide range of different styles, cuisines and experiences.
With 21 years of valuable experience covering all aspects of hospitality (front and back of house) I aim to help improve the businesses and customers all round experience.
I now run my own business where I share and empower those with my knowledge.
